* Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry to Vietnam to apply for the visa

* We will get back to you on the cost of the visa once we have verified your application

* Your application will only be processed after payment has been made

* No cancellation & extension of visa is permitted once the application has been sent for processing
