FOR OVERSEAS APPLICANTS WHO ARE NOT IN SINGAPORE OR RESIDING IN THEIR COUNTRY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A VIETNAM EMBASSY, THE VIETNAM PAPER VISA CARD ALLOWS THE PASSENGER TO VISIT VIETNAM FROM ALL DESTINATIONS

1) Visit www.vietnamvisa.com.sg.

2) Online Vietnam Visas Application.

3) Fill in the Vietnam Visa application form. Please state clearly the type of Visa you require. Single Entry Visa (Visa is valid for 30 Days) or Multiple Entry Visa (3 months) and indicate the Exact Entry Date to Vietnam. The Vietnam Embassy will follow the Entry date which you have stipulated on your application form and issue the Visa accordingly.

4) Scan in your passport, which should contain your personal particulars. (The Passport’s expiry date must be greater than 6 months from the date of entry for the Visa you are applying for), and 2 recent identical passport-sized photographs that meet passport photograph regulations, 4 X 6 cm (WITH COLOUR)

5) Email the Visa Application form, passport copy and 2 identical passport-sized photographs to newway@singnet.com.sg please inform us when you require the Vietnam Entry Visa.

6) Once we receive your e-mail we will notify you the cost of the Vietnam Entry Visa and the Registered Mail or Courier fee. If you have accounts with any of the mentioned Courier Companies (DHL, UPS or FEDEX) please email to us your Prepaid Air Waybill.

7) For applicants residing in Singapore, please arrange for Bank Transfer or Bank in the amount to our Banker

8) Drop us an email at newway@singnet.com.sg when payment is made.

9) We will inform you when you will receive your Vietnam Entry Visa Card.

10) The Vietnam Visa will be issued on a separate Visa Card by the Vietnam Embassy and we will courier to you the Vietnam Entry Visa card via Registered Mail or Courier DHL/ FedEx.

11) Passenger can enter Vietnam direct from all destinations.
